Foolish Hearts (with foil)

Foolish Hearts is a hot flamingo pink jelly base with iridescent pink shimmers and silver foils.  This one has added aqua glow powder for a little fun pop of color at night.   This one has foils added....look for Foolish Hearts (No Foil) for just the fun pink glow dip minus the silver foils. Swatch was made with 2 dips of color and encapsulated in clear.  Dip liquids were used. *Powders made with thermochromic pigment may sometimes have a different consistency due to the addition of powdered acrylic. *Powders made with ultrafine glitter may sometimes have a different consistency due to the addition of powdered acrylic. Pictures of colors are taken in different lighting to best represent their true color.  Color may however vary slightly depending on monitor settings.
