Fresh Powder Glow

Fresh Powder Glow is a bright white base with tons of added chrome pigments in various colors to give it that amazing rainbow sparkle.  I added in tons of tiny rainbow pearl flakes and larger iridescent rainbow effect flakes for added sparkle.  You can either wear this one as just a dip powder or you can chrome it for a different look.  I added in a blurple glow pigment for a little extra fun.  This one was super hard to capture the sparkle of the chrome pigments and the rainbow sparks from the flakes.  I will try to get better pictures or a video that captures the color a little better.  This pigment is gorgeous just sitting in the jar! Swatch was made with 2 dips and encapsulated in clear with dip liquids. Pictures of colors are taken in different lighting to best represent their true color.  Color may however vary slightly depending on monitor settings. While I try to capture the best photo of the true color, there are many things that may alter the color and vary your results.  Com
