Pepper Glitter Topper

  Pepper is a mixture of clear powder and various sizes of black glitter.  This powder can be used on its own or as a topper to any color of dip powder that you choose. Adds a little fun to various mani's and creates a look of scattered pepper flakes.  A little bit goes a long way!  You can apply Pepper by either dipping into the jar for a more full coverage look, sprinkle/pour over your nail with a cupcake liner under to catch the excess, or dip your Ombre brush in and slightly tap a sprinkling over your nail. *Powders made with ultrafine glitter may sometimes have a different consistency due to the addition of powdered acrylic. Pictures of colors are taken in different lighting to best represent their true color.  Color may however vary slightly depending on monitor settings.
