Tasting Notes The Colour is Intense bright straw yellow. The nose is intense, clean with complex aromas of tropical fruits (such as guava, banana, pineapple and mango), white flowers, citrus and fresh grass. The palate is fresh and balanced wine. With a silky structure and a lingering finish that leaves a pleasant citrus fruit aftertaste. Pairing Ideal for blue fish, seafood and especially steamed fish.
