Rancher's Choice Prime Steak Bundle

Choice of 21 Day Dry-Aged Grain-Finished or 14 Day Dry-Aged Grass-Finished Beef.  Grass-finished is a more lean meat and our grain-finished will have more marbling and tender finish!  This bundle will contain our premier steak cuts prefect for the grill master. These animals are raised without additional hormones or antibiotics. Raised in the Texas panhandle by hard working ranching families. This is beef that can stand alone as a prefect rare steak or can be paired with a homemade rub or marinade to highlight our Texas raised beef. Each box will be between 14-16lbs. for Grain Finished Beef or 12-14lbs. for Grass Finished Beef and includes the following cuts:  +3-4 Ribeye Steaks (approx 3-4 lbs) +3-5 Tenderloin Filet Steaks (approx 2-3 lbs) +3-4 KC Strip Steaks (approx 3-4 lbs) +3-4 Sirloin Steaks (approx 2-3lbs) +3-5lbs of additional cuts including stew meat, roasts, tenderized round steaks, ground beef etc.  Subscription customers will be rotated through all additional cuts to ens
