Dreamsicle® is a creamy pastel orange hair dye with warm, peachy undertones from the Creamtones® Perfect Pastels collection. This soft shade reflects a sunlit, citrus-inspired tone on very light blonde hair, giving a sweet and refreshing pastel orange hair colour appearance.  For best results, apply to hair that has been lightened to the lightest level 10 blonde or lighter. The formula is ready to use, no developer needed. To achieve the ideal pastel base, we recommend pre-lightening your hair using a Manic Panic Flash Lightning® Hair Bleach Kit.
