Rock N Roll Red is a warm, vibrant red hair dye. This medium hued red is recommended for use on hair that has been pre-lightened to a light level 8 blonde or lighter. To achieve the ideal base for bold colour, we recommend pre-lightening your hair using the Manic Panic Flash Lightning® Hair Bleach Kit. Always follow the instructions included with each product.
