Last year on Thanksgiving I found myself scrolling through the most watched movies on iTunes and was heartened to see Planes, Trains and Automobiles as the most popular along with a number of other John Candy movies. I chose to watch Uncle Buck and decided midway through that I would begin my own illustration of JC. And one year later on Black Friday here we are! For me, I associate warmth and humor along with a strong feeling of optimism around JC. And I think we could all use some of that this time of year.
