Their namesake winery produces single-vineyard bottlings from California’s North Coast. Watson Ranch Cabernet Franc comes from 25-year-old vines rooted into organically farmed clay over limestone soils. The juice is whole bunch fermented with native yeasts and aged for 12 months in French oak. This highly aromatic wine is packed with peppery, brambly fruit, offering a unique expression of Cabernet Franc for the Napa Valley. Ready to drink now, but this wine will continue to improve with age.
