Natural yeast fermentation, whole cluster fermented. The ferments spent 20 days on the skins and were pressed to neutral French oak. Medium garnet color in the glass. Deep aromas and flavors of plums, cherries and berries, with notes of exotic spices and burnt tobacco. Balanced, with a good cut of acidity, smooth tannins, and a juicy finish.
