In the northern high woodlands, there lived a clan of ancient and mystical Treefolk. During the first new moon of spring, these Treefolk could be heard grafting limbs to create their young by splicing bits of branches from each generation, resulting in the next line of Treefolk. These new beings carry the essence of all their ancestors in their new skin. These sounds are partly old and partly new, and are known as "Fable". The Fable Granular Soundscape Generator is a tool that allows for a storybook adventure. It creates new sonic adventures with its five granular delay programs, which are based on sample and chop algorithms.
