Don Pilar Extra Añejo is a most extraordinary tequila. Intense, with velvet richness, sweet oak aroma, and a deep, amber-crimson color. 40 months of double-cask aging. Don Pilar’s Extra Añejo is aged in new American White Oak barrels for 36 months. Leopoldo and Gabriel—our master distillers—add a final, masterly stroke and finish aging it for an additional four months in French Limousin Oak casks to impart a luscious fruity finish. To commemorate the uniqueness of this Extra Añejo, every bottle was individually numbered and hand-signed by Don Pilar.  40% ABV TASTING NOTES NOSE Notes of toasty oak, fruit and butterscotch.
