Reserva Heredad was created to set a style in the world of high-end sparkling wines. We craft it with the goal of offering an elegant and versatile cava. To achieve this, we select only the best wines from each vintage, which are then aged in the bottle in contact with their lees for over 24 months. The aging process ends when the expert adds the magic touch to each bottle with the "poignettage," a twist of the wrist that intensifies the contact of the lees with the wine, thus creating a more complex bouquet. 12% ABV
