Antique Demijohn Lamp with Burlap Shade

- Dimensions: 22" high from base to socket x 29" high from base to finial x 8" base diameter x 15.25" shade top diameter x 12.75" shade slant x 16.25" shade bottom diameter- We've reimagined a 19th century demijohn, a French vessel traditionally used for transporting wine, into a one-of-a-kind table lamp with elegant proportions and a rich, beautiful color.- The integrity of the glass base remains intact thanks to a 'no drill method,' which means all of the wiring resides in the neck of the bottle.- This bottle has been newly wired and outfitted with a custom burlap shade and French silk twist cord.- The bottle is in very good vintage condition, showing signs of wear consistent with age and use that only add to its inherent beauty.
