The Instinct Dual Adjustable Pulley features an integrated pull-up bar with multi-grip hand positioning, steel shrouds that allow for customization and branding as well as rubber grip adjustment feet. The 2:1 lifting ratio has a smooth, low inertia operation and effective resistance of 100 lbs (50 kg). The accessory rack hosts multiple pulley attachments which include 2 stirrups grips, an ankle strap, a long bar and triceps/biceps curl bar. Plus, the DAP features our patented Lock N Load® weight selection system and a simple, intuitive workout placard.
