Amazing Botryoidal Hyalite Opal Gem - WITH fluorite inclusions! READY TO BE SET! - Glows BRIGHT Green under UV Light - 24.9 ct.

Dimensions:  28.5 x 19 x 7 mm Clarity:  SI Origin:  Zacatecas, Mexico Treatments:  none Comments: This piece is very fun -- Not only does it glow astonishingly bright green under UV light, it also has maybe a dozen purple fluorite cubes hanging out inside! The top is completely crystallized with botryoidal crystallization formations everywhere, looking like dripped wax. I have flattened and polished the back for visibility, and also ground away little bits here and there around the edge of the piece to 'tease' it into a rectangular / dog tag type shape.  I had to be really careful to grind the back and back edges more then the sides, because there is also a lot of great crystallization around the edge that I didnt want to ruin from the front-view. All in all, this piece is incredibly aesthetic, and very rare for this size. Ready for jewelry!
