Dimensions: 5.9 to 6.1 mm long Clarity:    Purple:  Eye Clean,  Icy Blue:  SI Origin:  Umba Valley, Tanzania Treatments: none, natural sapphires Comments: Umba sapphires are a great kind of sapphire to explore:  they are all kinds of candy colors!  Umba sapphires tend to have a variety of inclusion types, but these are both pretty clean.  The purple one is exceptionally clean, and the blue one has only a bit of crystal inclusions at one end, and they aren't even very distracting. The purple one is done in a standard rectangular step-cut, while the blue one is done up in a cut-corner brilliant emerald cut design.  Good cutting and polish done overseas with my partners.
