The Cabernet Sauvignon of Lis Neris on tasting shows a dense ruby red color, has hints of cassis, morello cherry and violet on the nose, followed by licorice, dark spices and mineral nuances. The taste is decisive and fragrant, with an important tannic mass and a long finish. Perfect with roast duck breast or with a rare roast beef, it will also suitably accompany a platter of cured meats and aged cheeses.
