Pre Owned Fender Custom Shop Ltd. Ed. Woody Jr. Guitar Amp Combo - Stephen Stern Collection

Here at Truetone Music, we are fortunate to have close relationships with some of the most prolific guitar builders.  One that stands above the rest is the legendary Stephen Stern, Senior Masterbuilder at the Gretsch Custom Shop.  Over the years, he was also responsible for D'Aquisto, Benedetto and Fender Custom Shop builds.  During his career, he amassed an impressive collection of gear.  Now, select pieces have become available for the first time, exclusively through Truetone Music.   One of the choicest pieces is this original run Woody Jr.  Built in the Fender Custom Shop, this amp was part of the first run that Fender did when the company reissued the famous Woody amps.  Multiple amps like this were done over the years, mostly made in Mexico to achieve a lower price point, but in the beginning the first run was hand built by the Custom Shop in Corona, CA.  This was in the mid-to-late 1990's.  Stern was there at the time to snag one of the first, and it's lived in his private col
