TSPROF Quick clamps with special release mechanism TSPROF Quick clamps with a quick-release mechanism open up a new level of convenience in sharpening. The knife clamping takes just one movement¹ and no longer requires a screwdriver. It is a perfect solution for chefs and mass knife sharpening. Speed The quick release mechanism allows to clamp knives up to 7 mm thick twice as fast². The possibility of quick release of the clamp makes knife positioning much easier. Convenience No more screwdrivers! A locking lever is all you need to clamp a knife. To clamp knives of different thicknesses, simply adjust the distance between the clamp jaws using the lever.
