 Tumblerpoxy 2.0 & Swiftpoxy both incorporate 2 light stabilizers: The UV Light Stabilizer and the HALS ( or Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer.) The UV Stabilizer is in there to take care of most of the damaging affects that happens from UV light (SUN RAYS). However, it doesn’t do a great job protecting against yellowing so for double the protection Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer is added to target the yellowing because it interrupts the yellowing at the outset, making it much more unlikely to happen. The “purple” hue is simply there in the bottle to make our product look more appealing to the naked eye because without the light purple, it would look yellow in the bottle from the very beginning as all epoxy part B starts yellow.
