Original inners   Notes: This is a Specialty Records Corporation pressing, indicated by "E A S T" pressed (or partially pressed) around the center holes of one side of each record, and the lack of "-AR" or "-HRM" codes in the matrix. There also exists an Allied Record Company pressing and a Hauppauge pressing which have the respective matrix codes. Issued in a gatefold sleeve, with LPs housed in artwork-bearing inner sleeves. The second inner sleeve has a merchandise mail-order catalog and order form incorporated into the artwork. The sleeve front, on some copies, may include a sticker bearing the artist name and catalog number. Some gold-stamp promos included an 8"×10" photo.
