MUST SELECT SLEEVE STYLE Glitter Holo Black fabric has a rainbow like shimmer. Face is made out of Glitter HTV pressed onto felt and sewn onto top (not fully sewn all around to have 3D look). Stripe fabric is rib knit.  Tie back tops are so perfect for Spring and summer time fun. They feature a tie in the back and made out of soft knit  material. Ties are made to easily tie to your liking.  Top and bottoms are sold separately  Sizing is TTS. Sizes 4 and up will feature an Upcharge at checkout.
