Category III Designed for attached sleeves or frills.  10 pieces: 6 panels front, 4 panels back. Detailed pattern includes bust and waist lines marked for accurate fitting. Includes short puff sleeve and frill pattern.  The center front comes to a narrow point at the waist. Back has curved seams and drops down into a "tail", sides extend past the waist.
