The Family of God - Advent Lessons (Digital Download)

Overview These five Advent lessons teach through the story of Advent, focusing on the family of God. It is designed to be taught alongside the Fall Old Testament Family of God lessons, but can be taught separately. Kindergarteners through 5th graders will learn that God is the perfect Father who calls, adopts, and grows His family. They will see that His plan has always been to rescue and dwell with His children. It is our hope that by learning these truths, children will know, love, trust, and obey Him as their good and perfect Father.  This curriculum is designed to be taught during the fall semester, spanning from the beginning of the school year through Christmas. Biblical events are presented chronologically with Big Truths that build progressively. The Small Group (SGL) and Large Group (LGL) lessons are designed to be taught together as a single, comprehensive lesson. Note: Fall Large Group and Small Group lessons are sold separately.
