ACS ACR1252U NFC Forum-Certified USB NFC Reader

ACR1252u is the first ever reader to be certified by the NFC Forum. This is the ideal desktop reader for any application with both read and write capabilities. The ACR1252u adheres to the standards of all NFC Forum documentation and supports the 3 modes of NFC communication out of the box: Read/Write Mode, Card Emulation Mode, Peer to Peer Mode. It also contains a SAM slot for added encryption if desired.   The ACR1252U-A1 is an NFC Forum–certified PC-linked reader, developed based on 13.56Mhz contactless technology. It is equipped with a SAM (Secure Access Module), which can be used for key diversification and mutual authentication, providing high-level security in contactless transactions. Post-deployment firmware upgrade is also supported, eliminating the need for additional hardware modification.
