Forty-Five with Titanium Liner

The 45 is cool but this 45 with soft polish titanium liner is even better! I try to ensure a very minor gap between these two materials. With this 45 ring I simply rotated my normal 2x2 twill fabric 45 degrees prior to cutting and layup to produce a very interesting visual effect. My polished finish offers a semi gloss ring with a very durable surface. No coatings are used in any of my rings. Each ring machined from a chunk of titanium and molded from a prepreg carbon just like you'd find in an F1 car. The interior is soft polished to 1500 grit while the exterior is wet sanded through 10 stages of sanding with a final application of buffing compound.
