One pound of our farm-grown fresh garlic, delivered to your door! Choose from German White or Primo's Garlic. German White:  "German White", is often referred to as "German Extra Hardy", or "Music".  Perfect for eating OR planting! 4-6 gigantic cloves per head with a delicious, spicy flavor. One pound of garlic is enough seed to grow roughly 25-30 plants.  Depending on the size of the heads, one pound of garlic is usually 6-7 heads. We ship out all garlic orders each week on Fridays.  Primo's:  For the first time, we are offering a limited quantity of Crystal's Italian grandfather, Primo Calabrese's, garlic. He grew his garlic for decades, and Crystal has been growing it to continue the Calabrese tradition. Although nobody knows the actual variety, it is delicious! We call it "Primo's Garlic".  The plants are shorter with broader, more succulent leaves than our German White.
