Product Description:Our B94CG model works in tandem with your normal compact fluorescent ballast, turning it into a hybrid emergency light! This emergency backup ballast powers a single 4-pin CFL during a power loss so that occupants can safely leave the building. During an electrical power failure, the B94CG will immediately switch to emergency standby mode, continuing to operate a single, triple or quad CFL at a slightly reduced lumen output.
