The small snap infuser is the perfect one to make a cup, mug or small pot of tea. Fill halfway with 2 1/2 - 3 teaspoons of loose tea to allow room for the tea to expand. That is what helps loose tea have such a great flavor! If you fill it too full, the tea won't taste as good. The large snap infuser holds enough tea for 3 -5 cups for use in a teapot. Only fill halfway so leaves have room to expand properly to impart all their flavor into the water.
