Table B - 47" Inox by Barcelona DesignKonstantin Grcic opened the Extrusions collection with the Table B in 2009. He has been inspired by classic BD pieces such as the Hypostila shelf, in developing a tabletop of extruded aluminium with a minimal profile and for lengths of up to 500 cm. The Table B can reach up to five metres using a simple profile of extruded aluminium. Its apparent simplicity covers a complex technical development where important engineers have participated. The result is a piece of excelling craftsmanship, carrying the German designers character.Silver Delta Award 2009 winner.
