The Honeywell 5020 gas pressure regulator is second to none in terms of low maintenance. There are only two soft parts to replace when the time comes: (1) Main Diaphragm (1) Grid Plate O-ring Seal This kit gives you everything you need to replace those soft parts. REMINDER: When replacing the 5020 main diaphragm, you need to grease the outer edge just like you would an O-ring. Honeywell recommends silicone grease. Here's a snap shot from the manual:
