This fully gold plated Shakyamuni Buddha Statue with Bhumi sparsha mudra. This Statue weighs 3.52 lbs. and is gold plated on face, body and lotus and finely hand painted on face. Shakyamuni Buddha is the founder of Buddhism, the enlightened one, sage of Shakya Clan also known as Siddhartha Gautam. MANTRA: "OM MUNI MUNI MAHAMUNI SHAKYAMUNIYE SWAHA". This iconography in which Shakyamuni Buddha is seated with his right hand touching the earth, recalls the moment when he triumphs over all distractions and temptations, and summons the earth to bear witness to his enlightenment.
