Centesimino is an aromatic red grape variety that was rediscovered in the 1970s, after being identified in a monastery in the 1960s where it was thought to be Grenache. Very plump and rich with cherry and rosewater it has some herbal thyme notes and salty tannins to match the dense, almost medicinal fruit. Really unique and fun, it's a quirky, rustic wine for cooler weather. Low sulfur, organic farming.
