
Flexible time blocking planner pad for daily planning
This time blocking planner design is like having your own personal assistant to get you on top of those days when you feel like you’re being pulled in a million directions. As you can see in the video, I format some of my time blocks as checklists, some as time-based mini-schedules, depending on what will help me stay on track for that block. The right hand column starts with a block to write down your focus for the day. Sometimes I write what type of work I’ll be prioritizing, usually either “client work” or “new listings” for me. Other times, I use it to describe the mood of the day, like “back on track” for a Monday after a weekend of family time. Then you have a block to make sure you can see any time-based appointments for the day at a quick glance. “What’s for dinner” and “hydrate” are there to make sure you’re fueling yourself for another productive day tomorrow!
