Now headed by the winery’s second generation, Benedicte and Stephane Tissot produce 28 wines from 40 hectares, farmed organically, biodynamically and chemical-free. ‘Indigene’ is a Chardonnay dominant Extra Brut, showing clean and pure flavors of crisp apple, citrus peel, and slight brioche undertones, thanks to partial vinification in barrel.
