Ronco del Gnemiz was established in the 1960s by the Palazzolo family, situated on the top of the hill of Rosazzo in Friuli. Clay and limestone-rich soils allow fruit to optimally ripen, while Adriatic breezes and mountain influence from the Alps keeps acidity high. This complex single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is the result of exceptional care in the field. We love the stone-driven character with citrus tension on this one. This will be excellent with grilled veggies or flaky seafood.
