This structured and earthy bottle is produced at the hands of one of Gevrey-Chambertin's longest-standing names. This old vine cuvée is whole-cluster fermented with native yeasts and is loaded with flavors of red fruit, cracked pepper, and wet earth. Lay down for a few years and pair with roast poultry to really let the wine show its best.
