This second vintage from Joseph Colin is nothing short of impressive. Fruit for ‘En Remilly’ comes from two parcels near Chassagne and Les Cortons. The wine is loaded with flavors of juicy citrus, fleshy stone fruit, gunflint, and baking spice. Joseph picks fruit early, vinifies his juice in large-format oak, and doesn’t implement batonnage. 2018 was the first vintage that he did not filter his wines.
