Carried on by the ‘Maestro del Veneto’s’ daughter Fiorenza, along with her husband and children, the legacy of Beppe Quintarelli continues on, creating world-class wines of detail and precision, all the way to handwritten labels. The 2011 Valpolicella ferments spontaneously for 7-8 days and is aged for six years in oak prior to release. The final wine is spicy and juicy, showing rustic notes of cherry, strawberry jam, and wild herbs.
