This succulent Red Burg is supple, bright, and loaded with flavors of red cherries, forest berries, underbrush, and pepper. ‘Aux Grands Liards’ is located just below the 1er cru site of Les Lavieres. Vines are deeply rooted in limestone and gravelly red clay soils. (‘Aux Grands Liards’ was also the first plot that the Bize family officially owned.)
