.560" Lift Beehive Valve Spring Kit for Chevrolet Gen III IV 4.8 5.3 5.7 6.0 6.2

Full set of (16) High Grade Viton Valve Seals(8 intake and 8 exhaust). These valve seals fit the LS (4.8L; 5.3L; 5.7L; 6.0L; 6.2L & 7.0L ) engines with .313" (8 mm) stem valves and guide boss machined to .500". The Z28 +.100" springs are stock outside diameter and can be used in many 1955-1993 small block Chevy V8 cast iron cylinder heads. They work great for stock; towing and most mild performance cams and work best with cams up to 0.550" lift. Many sellers claim these springs can handle up to 0.600" maximum lift but I personally don't believe they have enough spring pressure to handle more than 0.550" lift.
