Confiture Parisienne is the only jam maker in Paris — the only, but not the first. Back when orchards could still be found in the French capital’s chicest neighborhoods, jams were truly a Parisian specialty. That lost tradition is what founders Laura and Nadèg wanted to bring back. All of their jams are made in Paris from unrefined cane sugar and hand-selected fruit, poured into white jars to protect them from light and ensure optimal conservation. That is, of course, if ever you manage to have any left over. Handcrafted jam. Made with unrefined cane sugar and hand-selected fruit.
