This Coratina is absolutely sublime. A very well-made, robust olive oil with all of the great herbal flavors associated with this cultivar. It is well-balanced with just the right amount of bitterness, pungency, and fruitiness. The intense aroma is a lovely combination of flowers and herbs. It tastes very herbal, leafy, spicy, and grassy along with pronounced notes of mint and cinnamon and a long, persistent finish of black pepper.  It just doesn’t get any better!
