Jayson Woodbridge was a successful investment banker in Canada and had an epiphany when he walked through a vineyard in Okanagan. He knew that he wanted to have his own vineyard and to create award-winning wine. His wines are terrific examples of Napa Cabernet and have made their way to cult status, so getting your hands on them can be difficult. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 34 months in 100% new French oak (10% in 500L puncheons). We use the finest, center cut French oak barrique with stave wood hand-selected for ultra-tight grain, then air dried for three years before being made into barrels.
