Because of this upgrade, your custom files may look slightly different than previous orders — but only in the best way! Once custom prints are submitted they are non-refundable.  We are happy to print your DTF transfers.  Before the printing process begins I want to inform you that the file you create and send is the exact file that will be sent to the printer. Therefore we recommend a high resolution JPEG (photo) or a PNG file for graphics.  If not you're taking the risk of having a low quality image printed.  No screen shots or pictures of projects will be accepted.  We will NOT modify your graphics in anyway shape or form what you send is what we print.
