The Fibonacci Sequence is an equation that quantifies this growth. Each length is added to the previous one to get the new distance as it moves outwards.  The Fibonacci Sequence is the series of numbers: 0, 1, 1, 2 , 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, ...The next number is found by adding up the previous 2 numbers in front of it. The Fibonacci Event by VPS is a personal one-month challenge that is dependent upon your fitness level.
