Recently, he has worked as the lead voiceover director on Cyberpunk 2077 and Halo Infinite, the former of which earned BAFTA nominations for lead and supporting performer. Pierce earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Production from Emerson College, where he focused on directing for cinema. This time reinforced his love of actors and storytelling. These loves have allowed Pierce to work on titles in the LEGO, DC, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Marvel, and Jurassic franchises, as well as smaller indie projects like Omega Strikers and Drag Her!
