Little Vosem Bundle

The Little Vosem Bundle is our premium sample package. Eight succulent pounds of our dry aged meat gives you an excellent introduction to ranch raised beef delivered right to your door! This bundle has enough beef for an intimate party with your close friends or you can keep it for yourself and have our quality beef on hand for a weeks worth of beefy dinners.  In contrast to grocery store meat (which is usually wet cut and immediately put out for sale), all of our meat has been dry aged for 21 days to provide premium flavor and tenderness.  3 pounds of premium ground beef 3 pounds of steaks 2-3 pounds of roasts We are a small business and don't have hundreds of pounds of beef on hand so we reserve the right to substitute any cut of meat for another cut of equal or greater value.
