One in a Million Poster (24"x24")

In the post From 1 to 1,000,000, we looked at the number 1,000,000 and the odds 1-in-1,000,000 and tried to wrap our heads around them. We made this poster as a way to wrap your head around those numbers. The poster is a 24" x 24" (61cm x 61cm) square with a 1,000 dot x 1,000 dot square of a million total dots. This allows you to effectively visualize the number one million (it also helps to visualize 5 or 10 or 100 million, or even a billion, by picturing multiple posters next to each other). One of the dots is red. It takes a hunt to find it, but once you do, you can understand exactly what 1/1,000,000 means.
